Carrabba's Bread Dipping Mix Recipe - This bread-dipping spice sauce is a real favorite. Carrabba's serves the spices on a small plate and the waiter adds olive oil. Serve with warm fresh bread.
SERVES 3–4
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
Salt, to taste
Method:
Combine the ingredients in a zip-top bag and crush.
Use 1 tablespoon of the mixture in the dipping bowl.
Drizzle the spices with olive oil and add a little fresh-squeezed lemon juice, if desired.
